The Book Junkie Reads . . . Review of . . . THE THIRTEETH HOUR (Cruel Gods, #1) . . . With all the warnings giving regarding content, I found them to be all the more reasons to continue ahead with the listen. I was not disappointed or turned away by it. I found this step in to a gaslamp fantasy to be just what I was looking for both days it took me to finish. This was not the type of book for me to listen to at speed variation that I usually listen. This one required a slow down so I would not miss the inflection and accents.
