With his killer good looks and panty-melting voice, he’s a walking temptation to sin. Though I do my best to avoid him, it seems Blu has other ideas. He’s on a mission to wear me down, let him in, but what happens when he stops wanting to sing for me?
The Book Junkie Reads . . . Review of . . . SING FOR ME (Balefire, #2) . . . I want to say first thank you to TDJ. There is something about rockstar romances that have you right their from the beginning for the journey up to the last page. Blu had me right from the start. Ashleigh was not his usual drink of whiskey. She was that something more that most in his position would stay away from. Sing for Me was my first introduction to TDJ and her series Balefire. I want to know more about the bandmates of Blu.
But anyway I digress. I found reading enjoyment with each chapter. Ashleigh and Blu were going to be. It was just the journey that I had to navigate to see just how good they would be together. I think the best part for me was that Ashleigh did not just fall at Blu's feet because of who he was. She knew and yet she was not one of those gushing fans. I'll do anything he wants because of who he was.
The dueling POVs were a deal sealer for me also. I love having that little extra insight to the different leading characters. The side characters were enjoyable also from the POV of the person at the time.

Her favorite “room” in her house is her back patio where she dreams up stories of romance and risk. When she’s not writing her latest paranormal or contemporary romance, you can usually find her driving around with the top down in her convertible or carving turns on the slopes of the local ski hill. The mom of two grown sons, Tam likes to travel, attend rock concerts, watch football and soccer, and visit old car shows with her husband.
