I found John's voice worked perfectly for this genre. His voice set a tone that matched what I was expecting to get from a science fiction/cyberworld.
Now on to the story. I was truly fascinated by the world built around the Sommerfeld Experiment. Joshua was more than he could have dreamed. He could do things beyond that of a typical human. He was to adapt, access and make a move. He was now wanted. He had no understanding of how he could do the things he could. He only knew that he was more.
The world that was described was that of vast changes and secret infostructures. The government was taking over large portions of land and making them more secretive. The was an acceptable depth of description. There was just enough there to make you own pictures and still have something to look forward to int he next set up.
Overall this would be an interesting story for someone that loves sci-fi as it relates to technical, human enhancements, and future vibes. There were mindwipes, skin scraps, facial recognition, and more. Joshua was just one of the characters you get to me and make a connection with. Whether they character was there for the good of all or just to supplicate the government.
