The Book Junkie Reads . . .  Review of . . .  A SCENE IN TIME  (The Wellesley.O'Brien Saga, #1) . . . For me this was more than the love of Adam and Abby. This was truly a saga. There were the ins and outs of both families, their love, their duty to family, land, and country. This was so much more than a single sit down listen and get that romance that we dream of. This was a battle, a loss, a struggle, a chance, something more. The story alone was good but the piece on top that made it more was the multiple narrators. Each bringing something extra to the story.

Jessica A. Clements writes historical romances set during the US Civil War and the Regency Eras. When she is not writing she can be found playing with her son, composing music, playing in a band, and working her day job. 

One of the many things she loves to do with her son is travel to new historical places. They have been to Custer’s Battlefield, Saint Augustine, Savannah, and a couple of smaller battlefields in Alabama. They hope to be able to add to their list soon.
